Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates with Aramex. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout from your city and is shown before you pay.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive the Aramex tracking details. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page.

14-day warranty

Every ANCHOR frame is covered by a 14-day warranty from the day it is delivered.

If there is a problem with your frame within those 14 days, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 491 9763 with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will guide you through the next steps.
