Who we are

ANCHOR is an Emirati eyewear brand. Our website address is https://anchoracc.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to process and deliver it: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store your login details and order history.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To contact you about your order, including by WhatsApp.
• To send you news and new frames, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the store:

• Payments: card payments and Apple Pay are processed by our payment provider, and pay-later orders by Tabby. We do not store your full card details.
• Delivery: your delivery details are shared with Aramex.
• Analytics and advertising: we use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure visits and ads.
