About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made on anchoracc.com, operated by ANCHOR in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Tabby.

Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. If a frame is no longer available we will contact you and refund the amount paid for it.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within the UAE by Aramex. See our Shipping & warranty page for details.

Warranty

Every frame is covered by a 14-day warranty from the day it is delivered, as described on our Shipping & warranty page.

Product photos

We photograph every frame carefully, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
